What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address, and password hash.
• Billing details: handled by our payment processor. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Product activity: companies you analyse, models you save, watchlist entries, and course progress.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and pages visited.
• Community content: posts and replies you choose to publish.

Why we collect it

Account and billing data exist to give you access to what you paid for. Product activity exists so your saved work is there when you return, and so we can see which tools are worth improving.

Technical data is used for security, fraud prevention, and diagnosing faults. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Legal bases

• Performance of a contract: providing the service you subscribed to.
• Legitimate interests: security, fraud prevention, and product improvement.
• Consent: optional marketing email, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Legal obligation: tax and accounting records.

How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account is open and for a limited period afterwards so you can reactivate without losing saved work. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires. Technical logs are kept for a short retention window and then deleted.

• Delete your account and associated personal data.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a preference cookie to remember your theme choice. Both are strictly necessary for the service to work as expected, and neither is used for advertising.

Processors we rely on

We use third parties for hosting, payment processing, email delivery, market data, and product analytics. Each handles data only as instructed and under a data-processing agreement. A current list is available on request.

Children

The service is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
