Who we are and what this covers

Everything Money provides research tools and educational content for investors. These terms cover your use of the website, the Stock Analyzer, the screener, the calculators, the community, and any course material.

By creating an account you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

We are not an investment adviser

Everything Money is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Nothing on this platform is personalised investment advice, an offer to buy or sell any security, or a recommendation of any particular investment.

Fair values, expected returns, and margins of safety shown in the analyzer are arithmetic outputs of assumptions you select. They are not forecasts, and they carry no assurance of accuracy.

• You make your own investment decisions and bear their consequences.
• You may lose money investing, including your entire investment.
• Past performance does not indicate future results.
• Consider consulting a licensed professional about your own circumstances.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

One account is for one person. Sharing credentials or reselling access is not permitted.

Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans bill in advance on a monthly or annual cycle and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.

On cancellation, access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. Saved models and watchlists remain on your account.

Data accuracy

Market data and financial statements are obtained from third-party sources. We take reasonable care but do not warrant that any figure is accurate, complete, or current. Verify anything material against a company's own filings before acting on it.

Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, redistribute, or resell data obtained through the service.
• Do not attempt to circumvent access controls or rate limits.
• Do not post content in the community that is unlawful, abusive, or presented as professional financial advice.
• Do not use the service to promote securities in which you hold an undisclosed position.

Intellectual property

The platform, its content, and the 8 Pillars methodology as expressed here are owned by Everything Money. Your own analyses and community posts remain yours; you grant us a licence to display them within the service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Everything Money is not liable for investment losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the product and by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the revised terms.
